Our Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) are the first point of contact for visitors and residents. They act as ambassadors for the council, providing directions, answering questions about the local area, and advising on parking queries. They help improve traffic management and create a safer, more pleasant environment in Cheshire West & Chester by ensuring compliance with Traffic Regulation Orders, parking regulations, and restrictions both on and off-street.
