Our Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) are, first and foremost, a uniformed point of contact for visitors and residents. They act as ambassadors for the council and frequently help with directions to local landmarks, answer a wide range of questions about the local area, and provide advice on parking queries. They help improve traffic management and create a safer, more pleasant environment in Cheshire West & Chester by enforcing Traffic Regulation Orders, parking regulations, and restrictions on and off street.
