Our Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs) are, first and foremost, a uniformed point of contact for visitors and residents. They act as ambassadors for the council, helping with directions, answering questions about the local area, and providing parking advice. They help improve traffic management and create a safer, more pleasant environment in Cheshire West & Chester by enforcing Traffic Regulation Orders and parking restrictions both on and off street.
