Job summary

Marston Holdings is looking for a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, guiding the public on safe parking and helping keep traffic moving. The role involves extended time outdoors in all weather, with a focus on fairness and community safety.

You’ll work independently yet as part of a team, reporting issues to local authorities and upholding high standards of integrity and professionalism. Driving licence is desirable and beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism.
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance on parking safely.
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet in all weathers.
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required.
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible.
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points.
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils.
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community.

Civil Enforcement Officer

This is a role for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously, enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.

What you’ll be doing:
