Marston Holdings is recruiting a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, assist the public, and support safety and accessibility in the local community. The role requires resilience, independence, and a commitment to fair enforcement.

You will work outdoors across all weather conditions, report issues, and collaborate with local authorities to ensure safe and fair parking. Driving licence is essential for this role.

Civil Enforcement Officer

A role with responsibility, purpose and real impact in your community

This is a role for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously, enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you'll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part of supporting the public.

What you'll be doing:

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community
