Marston Holdings Limited, together with our NSL brand, is recruiting a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, issue notices when required, and support the public with clear guidance to keep parking fair and safe.

This role is outdoors in all weathers, demanding independence and accountability, with opportunities to develop formal training and join a values-driven team dedicated to better local communities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work alone for extended periods and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong sense of accountability and sound judgement.
• Excellent people skills; calm, professional and approachable.
• Commitment to fairness, community safety and doing the right thing.
• Full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Civil Enforcement Officer

This is a role for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously, enjoy working outdoors and are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you’ll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.

What you’ll be doing:
