Job summary

Marston Holdings seeks a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol streets and car parks, guiding the public and promoting safe parking. You will spend long periods outdoors, stay active in all weather, and issue notices to support fair access for all residents.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, reliable and calm under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills. Driving licence is desirable; training, uniform and career development are provided to enable a positive community impact.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism.

• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions.
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required.
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible.
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points.
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils.
• Acting with integrity and contributing to a safer, more welcoming community.

Civil Enforcement Officer

As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you'll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.
