Marston Holdings Ltd (NSL brand) is recruiting Civil Enforcement Officers to help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. You will patrol streets and car parks, provide clear guidance to the public, and work with local authorities to keep traffic moving and communities accessible.

This outdoor position requires resilience in all weathers and a full UK driving licence. We offer flexible shifts, full training, a uniform and benefits such as gym discounts and pension.

As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers - also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants - you'll help keep streets safe, accessible and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, requiring accountability, sound judgement and the ability to work outdoors in all weathers while playing an important part in supporting the public.

What you'll be doing:

• Patrolling streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
• Supporting the public with clear, helpful guidance, including advice on where to park safely
• Spending extended periods outdoors on your feet, staying active in all weather conditions
• Encouraging fair and safe parking by issuing notices when required
• Helping to keep traffic moving and neighbourhoods accessible
• Reporting issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
• Working in partnership with local authorities and councils
• Enjoy working alone for extended periods and value being part of a supportive team
• Physically resilient and happy outdoors in all weathers
• A high level of self-motivation and accountability
• Strong people skills with a calm, professional, approachable manner
• Care about fairness, community safety and doing the right thing
• Confident and consistent when dealing with challenges
• Full UK driving licence is essential for this role as driving is a requirement
