Job summary

Avensys Consulting UK is seeking an experienced Citrix 3rd Line Engineer / SME to support and maintain secure enterprise Citrix environments on-site in Preston. Candidates must hold active SC clearance and have a proven track record in Citrix architectures.

Required skills include VMware/Hyper-V/XenServer, strong ITIL understanding, and enterprise support capabilities. Desirable: UK Secure Paradox/Becypt, Systrack or Nexthink to enhance monitoring and optimization.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable SC clearance (Mandatory).
• Experience with Citrix environments as Senior Engineer or SME.
• Experience with VMware/Hyper-V/XenServer.
• Strong ITIL and enterprise support knowledge.
• Desirable: UK Secure Paradox/Becypt, Systrack or Nexthink.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain secure enterprise Citrix environments.
• Work on-site in Preston to deliver end-to-end Citrix solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure high availability and security.
