Job summary

LA International is seeking a 3rd Line Citrix Engineer for a client in Preston. All work will be on-site, and active SC clearance is required. This contract role is Inside IR35.

The successful candidate will demonstrate expert knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC, and Workspace Environment Management, with solid experience across Windows Server, AD, GPO and FSLogix. UK-based security clearance is essential.

Job description

We have a new requirement for a 3rd Line Citrix Engineer to work for a client of ours based in Preston.

All work will be completed on-site and active SC is required.

This contract role has been determined as falling Inside IR35.

Skills required

• Proven experience within a Third Line Support role
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and FSLogix.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support models.
• Operations - VMWare, HyperV, XenServer, Invanti
• Desirable to have a working knowledge of supporting UK Secure Paradox solution (Becypt).
• Analytics, specifically Systrack / Nexthink (Non Essential - training provided).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, including, Windows 10 & Win11
