• Perform proactive Cisco & Meraki tests, fixes, and repairs, e.g., testing routers, switches, access points, replacing power supplies, and managing stock.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, repair info, and support.
• Use technical knowledge to support calls and bid management.
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch.
• Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure.
• Handle projects involving stock management, warranty, and RMA returns.
• Lead, optimize, and get the best out of your team.
• Document processes and procedures for team reporting and insights.
• Maintain high quality standards across all tasks.
