You will join an exciting Cisco Logistics team, working alongside the department manager who will mentor and guide you. You will backfill and document your new knowledge. This is a hands-on, team leadership opportunity with a clear pathway to management through succession.

Candidates MUST have or be eligible to gain SC clearance upon hire.

Key Skills required:

• Managerial skills and experience
• Preferably RMA background e.g., testing, fixes, repairs, RMA experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform proactive Cisco & Meraki tests, fixes, and repairs (e.g., testing routers, switches, access points; replacing power supplies; testing; returning to stock or external repair)
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, repair updates, and support
• Use technical knowledge to support support calls and bid management
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch
• Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
• Engage in projects involving stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
• Lead, optimize, and get the most out of your team
• Document and manage processes for team reporting and insightful recommendations
• Maintain high quality standards across all tasks
