• Utilize technical expertise to support support calls and bid management
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch
• Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
• Handle projects involving stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
• Lead, optimize, and motivate the team you oversee
• Document and improve processes, providing insightful reports and recommendations
• Maintain high quality standards across all tasks
