You will join an exciting Cisco Logistics team, working alongside the department manager. He will mentor and guide you, and you will document your new knowledge. This role offers a hands-on, team leadership opportunity with a direct pathway to management through succession planning.

Key Skills required:

• Managerial skills and experience
• Preferably RMA background e.g., testing, fixes, repairs, RMA experience

• Conduct proactive Cisco & Meraki testing, fixing, and repairs (e.g., testing routers, switches, access points, replacing power supplies, testing, stock management, external repairs)
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, repair info, and support services
• Utilize technical knowledge to support calls and bid management
• Manage stock allocation and dispatch
• Meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure
• Handle projects involving stock management, warranty, and RMA processes
• Lead, manage, and optimize team performance
• Document processes and generate reports for insights and recommendations
• Maintain high quality standards across all tasks
