• Proactive testing, fixing, and repairing Cisco & Meraki equipment, including routers, switches, access points, and handling returns and repairs
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through timely support, repairs, and communication
• Managing support calls and supporting bid management using technical knowledge
• Stock allocation and dispatch
• Meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards under pressure
• Managing stock, warranty, and RMA processes
• Leading, managing, and optimizing the team you oversee
• Documenting processes and providing reports with insights and recommendations
• Maintaining high-quality standards across all tasks
