Job summary

Mott MacDonald is expanding its circular economy practice within its Advisory and Programme Delivery unit. The role supports strategy, cross‑unit collaboration, and client delivery across the EUNA region, contributing to opportunities and market positioning for sustainable solutions.

The successful candidate will engage with carbon, waste, and energy teams, helping embed circular thinking into bids and project delivery while working in a hybrid setup with the broader sustainability community.

Qualifications

• Understanding circular economy principles including resource efficiency, reuse, repair, refurbishment, remanufacturing, recycling.
• Experience contributing to bids, proposals or project delivery in consultancy.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical Director and Senior Principal in developing circular economy offer across the EUNA region.
• Collaborate with technical teams in carbon, waste, social value, energy and water to deliver client projects.
• Provide circular economy input into bids, proposals and project delivery across the business.
• Help progress live opportunities and strengthen client relationships in circular economy thinking.
