Job summary

Systemiq is seeking a Strategy Associate to join its Materials & Circular Economy team in London (Amsterdam also possible). The role blends rigorous strategy thinking with a curiosity for sustainability challenges, tackling questions that shift towards more circular and sustainable models for clients and governments.

You will join small, senior-led project teams, structure problems, conduct analysis and translate insights into practical strategic choices for clients, with opportunities to lead

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in strategy consulting or similarly demanding analytical environments.
• Strong performance and increasing responsibility in prior roles.
• Experience contributing to strategy, investment or decision-focused work.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex and ambiguous problems into clear components and analytical questions.
• Apply strong analytical judgement to qualitative and quantitative information.
• Synthesize material into concise insights and decision-relevant recommendations.
• Develop high-quality client materials and presentations.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across businesses, governments and foundations.
• Contribute to project direction and emerging strategic conclusions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, partners and multi-organisation stakeholders.
