Job summary

Everyman Whiteleys in London is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the venue team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, deputise when required, and train Team Members to uphold Everyman’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver service excellence.
• Previous Deputy or Assistant GM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the smooth running of the venue and guest experience.
• Deputise for the General Manager when required.
• Deliver training to Team Members joining the Everyman family.
• Collaborate with management on recruitment, social media, film scheduling and stock.
