Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Specialist-level CIAM Consultant to partner with clients in London/UK-wide engagements. You will design and implement secure CIAM solutions, translate business needs into scalable architectures, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver identity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts including authentication/authorization/federation
• Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms (e.g. Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Transmit, Azure AD B2C)
• Proven experience delivering technology solutions in consulting or client-facing environments
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, UK Data Protection Act) and their impact on customer identity solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess challenges and provide solutions
• Well-organised with ability to manage and support delivery across multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and implement secure, seamless CIAM solutions
• Translate business and customer experience needs into scalable technical designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital identity solutions
• Advise clients on CIAM best practices, regulatory requirements, and identity trends
• Drive innovation with modern authentication approaches (biometrics, passwordless, AI-driven fraud detection)
• Contribute to IAM programmes across global teams and industries
• Support internal initiatives shaping CIAM offerings and go-to-market strategies
