Job summary
The Isle of Wight College is seeking a dynamic CIAG Coordinator to lead careers provision across the College, ensuring careers is highly visible and embedded in the student journey. You will coordinate the CIAG team, drive progress against Gatsby Benchmarks and build strong links with partners to connect students with world of work.
You will use local labour market information and feedback to shape a careers offer that is relevant, ambitious and has measurable impact.
Qualifications
- Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent
- Level 6 Careers/IAG or willingness to work towards within 2 years
- Coaching, mentoring or leadership qualification
- Understanding of Gatsby Benchmarks and careers quality standards
- Knowledge of careers education and IAG in education
- Experience coordinating careers, IAG or progression support

- Lead the CIAG team and embed careers across the College
- Coordinate with curriculum areas and drive progress against Gatsby Benchmarks
- Develop meaningful relationships with employers, universities and partners
