Job summary

Isle of Wight College is seeking a dynamic CIAG Coordinator to lead the careers provision across the College and ensure Gatsby Benchmarks are embedded throughout the student journey.

You will coordinate the CIAG team, collaborate with curriculum areas and partners, and develop meaningful relationships with employers and universities to create opportunities for progression. You will use local labour market information and destinations data to shape a highly relevant careers offer.

Qualifications

• Energetic, proactive, and passionate about careers and student progression.
• Capable of coordinating and motivating a team effectively.
• Builds strong relationships with curriculum teams, employers and external partners.
• Understands Gatsby Benchmarks and quality standards.
• Experience with data to drive improvement.
• Knowledge of careers education and IAG in education.
• Experience coordinating careers, IAG, progression or related student support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CIAG team and coordinate careers across college.
