E-ACT Ousedale School in Milton Keynes is seeking an ambitious Careers Manager to lead and develop our CEIAG programme. Working strategically with the Senior Leadership Team, you will ensure careers provision aligns with Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory guidance, helping every student make informed choices about their future.

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Maths
• Experience of careers education in an educational setting
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and pupils
• Knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory careers guidance
