The Isle of Wight College is seeking a dynamic CIAG Coordinator to lead careers provision across the College, ensuring careers is highly visible and embedded in the student journey. You will coordinate the CIAG team, drive progress against Gatsby Benchmarks and build strong links with partners to connect students with world of work.

Salary: £29,897 - £35,619 per annum based on experience and qualifications
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious CIAG Coordinator to lead our careers provision and make sure careers is highly visible, valued and embedded across the College.
This is a role for someone who will lead from the front, bring energy and ideas, build strong relationships and make things happen.
You will coordinate the CIAG team, work closely with curriculum areas and drive progress against the Gatsby Benchmarks, ensuring careers education and progression are embedded throughout the student journey.
You will also develop meaningful relationships with employers, universities and other partners, creating opportunities that connect students with the world of work and future progression.
Using local labour market information, destinations data and student feedback, you will help shape careers offer that are relevant, ambitious and has a measurable impact.
