Job summary

Place Partnership is seeking an ambitious Careers Hub Lead to drive an exceptional CEIAG programme across the West Hub’s secondary academies in Wakefield. You will oversee planning and delivery, ensuring progress towards Gatsby Benchmarks and reporting to stakeholders including Ofsted.

Building strong partnerships with employers, FE/HE providers and external agencies, you will monitor performance data and support students in making informed future career choices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks and CEIAG frameworks to support young people.
• Ability to apply data and performance measures to evaluate impact.
• Strong communication, organisational and partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the CEIAG programme across the West Hub’s secondary academies.
• Monitor, evaluate and improve the careers provision and reporting to Ofsted and stakeholders.
• Build and sustain partnerships with employers, FE/HE providers and external agencies.
