GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bradford is seeking an Operations Development Manager to lead the CI, MI, Systems and Planning teams, delivering initiatives on time and clearly communicating benefits and risks to the site and customer.

This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers a competitive salary up to £65,000 per annum along with a comprehensive benefits package, 25 days’ leave, pension, private medical and more, supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven understanding of warehouse operations and data-led decision making.
• Experience of leading teams and delivering operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across leadership groups.
• Experience with JDA or WLM is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead Planning, MI, systems and CI functions to support site labour strategy and CI roadmap.
• Coordinate and drive onsite project management to ensure progress and minimize risk.
• Develop and hold teams accountable for performance and talent development.
• Drive continuous improvement delivering measurable benefits in productivity, service and cost.
• Use data and insight to challenge performance, identify risks and opportunities for operations decisions.
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, communicating priorities, progress and benefits.
• Lead exploration into future tech-based solutions to support CI pipeline.
