Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Bradford is seeking an MI Analyst to support customer order fulfilment through insightful management information, reporting and analytics. You will transform data into actionable insights, driving performance and smarter decision-making across the site.

This is a full-time, permanent role with 5 from 7 shifts, 06:00 to 14:00, including one weekend day. The salary is up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting, data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience working with databases, Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Confident communicator able to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, timely MI reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, opportunities and improvements.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Apps and automated reporting solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, inventory, customer service and leadership.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency while driving continuous improvement.

We are looking for an MI Analyst to join our M&S site in Bradford. You'll play a key role in supporting customer order fulfilment through insightful management information, reporting, and analytics. Working closely with operational and leadership teams, you'll transform data into actionable insights, helping drive performance, continuous improvement, and smarter decision-making across the site.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working any 5 from 7 with one weekend day, 06:00 to 14:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
