Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Burnley (UK) is seeking an MI Manager to lead the Management Information function, delivering accurate reporting, analytics and actionable insight for operational performance.

You will develop dashboards and data governance, collaborating with senior leaders across operations, finance, HR and customer teams to drive improvements. The role operates Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours weekly, with a salary up to £60,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Experience in MI/Reporting/BI managerial role.
• Advanced analytical skills with reporting, data modelling and performance management.
• Experience creating and developing dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's MI function, ensuring the delivery of accurate reporting, analytics and business insight.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting suites and data visualisation tools to support operational performance.
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities, providing recommendations that support strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across operations, finance, HR and customer teams to understand reporting requirements and drive performance improvements.
• Establish robust data governance, reporting standards and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
