You will assess underwriting activities including general enquiries, renewals, building works, unoccupied risks and risk management surveys, delivering exceptional customer service as part of a right-first-time ethos.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to plan, prioritise and manage workloads.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to handle information accurately and confidentially.
• Proactive and customer-focused, committed to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service.
• Effective communication skills, with strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Profitably underwrite and negotiate new and existing business within authority limits.
• Plan, prioritise and manage workload to meet SLAs and deliver excellent service.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships with a right-first-time approach.
• Operate within regulatory requirements and manage complaints, audit feedback and risk.
• Continuously develop knowledge through training and industry engagement.
