Job summary

You will assess underwriting activities including renewals, building works, unoccupied risks, and risk management surveys for our church customer base, with scope for development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage own work to deliver objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence handling phone enquiries.
• Effective and appropriate communication, and ability to use information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and underwriting existing business caseload within own authority and in line with rate/commercial strategy.
• Plan, prioritise and manage individual work to meet SLAs and deliver customer service.
• Communicate effectively with direct customers through multiple channels.
• Be proactive with a desire to continuously improve.
• Expand technical and niche knowledge through training and CPD.
