Harper's Steakhouse at the Weighbridge in the United Kingdom is hiring for festive, customer‑facing roles across kitchen, bar, and service. Expect energetic shifts, strong team collaboration, and opportunities to learn on the job in a hospitality setting.

Shifts are flexible and designed to accommodate students or anyone looking to join during the holiday season. Compensation starts at up to £13.50 per hour plus a share of Tronc, with staff discounts and development pathways available.

Formación

• Aged 16 or over.
• Confident communicator who’s organised, upbeat and guest-focused.
• Energetic balance of energy and professionalism.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Giving guests a warm, friendly welcome.
• Taking food & drinks orders and handling payments.
• Serving drinks (hot, cold, and alcoholic).
• Keeping the pub spotless and inviting.

What we’re looking for?

• Aged 16 or over

Experience in a bar or restaurant is a bonus, but it’s not essential – we hire based on attitude and potential.
