DCK Group is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate for Camberley (30 hours per week). This temporary role runs during the peak Christmas period, with the start as soon as possible and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will work across stores within your zone, under a Team Leader, and training and development opportunities are provided. Based in Camberley with potential store travel, the role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Retail or fashion brand experience is a plus.
• Access to a smartphone (Apple/Android) required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product to visual guidelines.
• Putting out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Setting up promotional activities.
• Working with host management teams to build relationships and drive sales.
