DCK Group is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate to join our Reading Broad St team. The role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, merchandising products and supporting peak-season store activities.

Based in Reading, the role requires a 20-hour workweek with a start time of 9:00am and a temporary end date of 26/12/2026. The team works under a Shop Leader and embraces mobile tools to streamline daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Work with hosting teams to build relationships and drive sales.
