Job summary

DCK Group in Crawley is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate for a 30-hour-per-week contract during the peak festive period. You will support in-store merchandising, stock deliveries and promotional activity while delivering excellent customer service.

Based in Crawley with potential travel to other stores within your zone, you should be available to start ASAP. A friendly, customer-focused attitude and tech savvy to use store apps are desirable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems

Responsibilities

• Merchandising product to visual guidelines.
• Putting out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Setting up promotional activities.
• Working with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
