DCKgroup is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate in Reading Broad Street for 20 hours per week. The role involves customer-focused in-store activities, merchandising, and supporting promotions during the peak Christmas period.

Starting as soon as possible, you will work with a Team Leader, gain coaching, and potentially travel to stores within your zone. Being tech-savvy and available for December peak shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales or retail experience is preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with up-to-date OS.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising products to visual guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management to build relationships and drive sales.
