Job summary

DCK Group in Pudsey is hiring a Christmas Retail Associate for 30 hours per week to cover peak shopping season. You will work a fixed pattern across Tue–Sat with start times around 9:00am and you may travel to other stores within your zone.

You’ll join a team led by a Team Leader, with training, merchandising duties, stock deliveries, promotions, and customer-facing duties. Benefits include £12.71 per hour, free jewellery (£25–£55 monthly), pension, life assurance, training, and long service

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required.
• Retail or fashion brand experience is a plus.
• Access to an iPhone or Android smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines.
• Putting out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Setting up promotional activities.
• Building relationships with host management teams to drive sales.
