Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate in Watford for 30 hours per week to support our temporary peak period. You will work with store teams, focusing on customer service, merchandising and promotions to boost sales during December.

Based in Watford with potential travel to other stores in your zone, you will report to a Team Leader. Access to a vehicle and a valid driving licence are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Unpack and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Collaborate with host management to drive sales opportunities
