Job summary

Liberty London plc is recruiting for Christmas One-to-One Gifting Sales Associates to deliver a bespoke shopping experience during November and December. You will host gifting appointments, guide customers across departments, and represent Liberty with warmth.

This fixed-term, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) runs mid-October to 24 December, offering exposure to products store-wide, development of gifting knowledge, and a festive, customer-focused team environment.

Responsibilities

• Host personalised one-hour gifting appointments within the Gifting Suite or alongside customers on a curated store journey.
• Deliver an elevated shopping experience during peak trading and help customers find thoughtful gifts while building loyalty.
• Provide expert recommendations and share knowledge of Liberty's key gifting collections across divisions.
• Create meaningful customer connections through exceptional service and tailored gifting solutions.
• Represent the Liberty brand with warmth, expertise and a passion for customer experience.
