Marks & Spencer in Tamworth is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support backstage functions that keep our stores running smoothly. This is a physically demanding role requiring high energy and the ability to roll up sleeves and work smart.

You will handle stock and deliveries, ensuring the shop floor remains full, clean, and ready for customers. You’ll use digital tools, work across the store and adapt to varied shifts, including weekends, to keep things moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock, deliveries and backstage operations to keep the shop floor stocked, clean and ready for customers.

• Be a team player, supporting colleagues across the store and functions.

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
