Marks & Spencer Group is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Food section. You will be at the frontline, delivering five-star service at pace and helping customers find what they need.

You will work flexibly across store areas and use Sparks App to enhance the shopping experience, staying calm and positive even during busy periods. This role offers flexible shifts with the potential for extended hours during peak periods, including December/Christmas.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing demands.
