Responsibilities

• Lead China market development and transformation programs from initiation through delivery.
• Define goals, roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans with executives.
• Establish governance structures with steering committees and escalation paths.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across China initiatives.
• Coordinate with China leadership, sales, marketing, R&D, finance, and global teams.
• Drive end-to-end program delivery meeting scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
• Support training, change adoption, and continuous improvement.
