Job summary

AVEVA seeks a highly motivated Engineering Product Manager to lead the China-native AVEVA Unified Engineering product, localizing to meet Xinchuang standards and regulatory requirements. This role collaborates with local R&D, global portfolio teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

You will define the product vision, roadmap, and requirements, gathering market insights and translating them into epics and user stories.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience in industrial software or engineering domains.
Experience with China’s industrial software ecosystem and Xinchuang standards.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to operate in a bilingual environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain product vision and roadmap for China Engineering offer.
Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Translate market needs into epics, features, and user stories with traceability.
Collaborate with China R&D, global engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
Ensure localization and Xinchuang compliance within China’s IT ecosystem.
Support go-to-market with positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
Define KPIs and monitor product performance post-launch for continuous improvement.
