Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric – UK is seeking a Service Supervisor to support the regional service manager, engineers, apprentices and office staff. The role involves on-site technical work and preparing detailed quotations for works identified from engineers’ reports, client requests, or MEUK internal reviews.

You will contribute to building positive customer relationships, supervising service engineers, and ensuring safety and efficiency across projects within the regional area.

Qualifications

• Experience in service supervision or team leadership.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and quotations.
• Strong customer-facing communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Service Manager in building customer relationships and supervising engineers.
• Provide technical support and quotations for service work.
• Review manuals, schematics and technical documents to support engineers.
• Coordinate parts, tool calibrations, and PAT testing with engineers and coordinators.
• Prepare RAMS and DRAs for health and safety compliance on jobs.
• Assist with managing engineers tools, vehicles, PPE and scheduling.
• Support customer interactions and delivery of engineering services.
