Esland Care is seeking a full-time children’s support worker for a solo home-based role in Brierfield, Burnley. You will join a trauma‑informed team helping children aged 8 to 18 feel safe, understood and able to build brighter futures.

Our solo home based in Brierfield, Burnley, is seeking a full-time children’s support worker to completeour dedicated and highly valued team.
Experience within care, education, mental health support and/or youth activities is highly desirable, but we equally value transferrable skills and the right personality traits for the role.
Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
