Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd’s Adult Residential Home in Tadworth, Surrey, is seeking a compassionate Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help with daily activities and accompany people on community outings.

A company vehicle is available for travel; you must hold a UK driving licence. Starting rates are £13.61–£14.69 per hour, with progression through our competency framework to higher rates.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; computer literacy.

About The Role

Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Keyll House in Tadworth, Surrey.

We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. You must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.61 and for those with experience it's £14.69

Level 1 - £13.61, Level 2 - £14.15, Level 3 £14.69
