Job summary

The Kisimul Group Limited is seeking Life Practitioners at An Darch in North Scarle, Lincolnshire. You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them participate in daily activities and community outings with compassion and patience.

You will drive the company vehicle (full UK licence required) to take people to appointments, shopping, and activities. Starting rates commence at £13.12 per hour, with higher levels for experienced staff.

About The Role

Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at An Darch in North Scarle, Lincolnshire. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.

Starting rates are £13.12 and for those with experience it’s £14.12**. Level 1 - £13.12, Level 2 - £13.62, Level 3 £14.62. Starting rates are effective from 1st September 2026.
