Job summary

Interserve Healthcare is seeking compassionate carers to provide overnight support for a young client in the Newark area. The role requires consistency, flexibility and empathy to help the child reach her full potential while following a detailed care plan and working with a qualified nurse for clinical guidance.

Ideal candidates have experience in complex care settings, with PEG feeds, suctioning and ventilator/chest physio plans, and are drivers due to the location.

Qualifications

• Moving & Handling Equipment.
• You will need to be a car driver due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care in line with the individual care plan.
• Support the client with complex clinical needs and adapt to care requirements.
• Attend regular supervision and team meetings; work with nursing staff to address clinical queries.

Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child to support her to reach her full potential.

We are currently looking for caring individuals to support a young girl in the Newark area, we are looking for someone to be consistent, flexible and compassionate.

The client has a multitude of complex clinical needs where you will deliver overnight care in line with the care plan which includes:

• PEG feeding
• Suctioning
• Ventilation Support
• Chest Physio
• Specialist Moving & Handling

You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare Nottingham branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings. A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have.
