Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd (Advantage Healthcare Nottingham) is seeking caring individuals to support a young girl in the Newark area with overnight care. You will work as part of a small team to follow a detailed care plan and ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing throughout the night.

The role requires a car driver for location access, flexibility, and empathy to manage complex clinical needs under supervision. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex care setting.
• Experience with PEG feeds.
• Experience with suctioning.
• Experience with ventilators and chest physio plans.
• Moving & Handling Equipment.
• You will need to be a car driver due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child to support her to reach her full potential.
• We are looking for someone to be consistent, flexible and compassionate to support a young girl in the Newark area.
• Deliver overnight care in line with the care plan which includes PEG feeding, ventilation support, chest physio and specialist moving & handling.

What you’ll do

Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child to support her to reach her full potential.

We are currently looking for caring individuals to support a young girl in the Newark area, we are looking for someone to be consistent, flexible and compassionate.

The client has a multitude of complex clinical needs where you will deliver overnight care in line with the care plan which includes:

- PEG feeding

- Ventilation Support

- Chest Physio

- Specialist Moving & Handling

You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare Nottingham branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings. A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have.
