Job summary

CCH Group, via Advantage Healthcare Nottingham, is recruiting for a compassionate overnight care worker to support a young client in the Newark area. A full UK licence and access to your own vehicle are required to reach the location and deliver high-quality care.

You will work as part of a dedicated complex care team, following a care plan that includes PEG feeding, ventilation support, chest physio, and moving and handling. Full training, DBS check covered, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex care setting.
• Experience with PEG feeds, suctioning, ventilators, and chest physio plans.
• Moving and handling equipment experience is preferred.
• You will need to be a car driver due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver overnight care to a young client in Newark in line with the care plan.
• Provide PEG feeding, ventilation support, chest physio, and moving/handling assistance.
• Work with a nurse-led team, attending regular supervision and meetings.

Job Description

What you’ll do

Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child to support her to reach her full potential.

We are currently looking for caring individuals to support a young girl in the Newark area, we are looking for someone to be consistent, flexible and compassionate.

The client has a multitude of complex clinical needs where you will deliver overnight care in line with the care plan which includes:

• - PEG feeding
• - Ventilation Support
• - Chest Physio
• - Specialist Moving & Handling

You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare Nottingham branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings. A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have.
