CCH, Advantage Healthcare Nottingham branch part of CCH, is seeking caring individuals to support a young girl in the Newark area with overnight care. You will follow the care plan, be consistent, flexible, and compassionate, and work with a registered nurse to handle complex clinical needs including PEG feeding, ventilation, and chest physio.

The role requires a driver due to location. Training and supervision are provided, with opportunities for career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex care setting.
• Experience with PEG feeds.
• Experience with suctioning.
• Experience with ventilators and chest physio plans.
• Moving & Handling Equipment.
• Driver required due to location.

Responsabilités

• Provide overnight care to a child in Newark following the care plan.
• Deliver PEG feeding, ventilation support, chest physio, and related routines.
• Join regular supervision and team meetings with the branch and nurse support.
• Maintain compassionate, consistent, flexible, and safe care relationships.

Job Description

What you’ll do

Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who is a delightful child to support her to reach her full potential.

We are currently looking for caring individuals to support a young girl in the Newark area, we are looking for someone to be consistent, flexible and compassionate.

The client has a multitude of complex clinical needs where you will deliver overnight care in line with the care plan which includes:

• - PEG feeding
• - Ventilation Support
• - Chest Physio
• - Specialist Moving & Handling

You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare Nottingham branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings. A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have.

• You will need to be a car driver due to the location.
