Job summary

Active Care Group in Rochdale is seeking a Female Children’s Support Worker to assist a 12-year-old girl with complex health needs at home and in the community. The role includes hydrotherapy sessions, cooking activities, personal care support, and driving the client’s mobility van.

Shifts are Thursday and Friday mornings and afternoons, plus alternate Saturdays, on a part-time, zero-hours basis with a stable rota and ongoing training provided.

She needs a kind, committed support worker to help her live life to the fullest, while staying safe, happy, and engaged.****What You’ll Be Doing:***** Supporting our client in her **family home and in the community*** Assisting with activities such as **hydrotherapy**, outings, and **fun cooking sessions*** Helping with personal care and following clinical care routines* Driving the client’s **mobility van** (must hold a full UK licence and be 21+)**Your Working Hours:*** **Alternate Thursdays:** 7:30am–8:45am and 3pm–7pm* **Every Friday:** 7:30am–8:45am and 3pm–7pm* **Alternate Saturdays:** 11am-4.15pmIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
